Development of Regional Impact Approval & Comprehensive Plan Amendment
On November 23, 2004, the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) adopted a development order for Cypress Creek Town Center, Resolution No. 05-40. On December 15, 2009, the BCC adopted an amendment, restated, and consolidated the Development Order (DO), Resolution No. 10-100 (PDF).
On December 15, 2009, the BCC approved a Development Agreement for Cypress Creek Town Center DRI# 252 (PDF).
On November 3, 2015, the BCC approved a Development Agreement for the Cypress Creek Town Center Sierra Segment (PDF).
The Cypress Creek Town Center has a Subarea Policy, which can be found under Policy FLU7.1.2 (PDF) of the Comprehensive Plan.
Master Planned Unit Development
On November 23, 2004, the Board of County Commissioners approved the Cypress Creek Town Center Master Planned Unit Development (MPUD), Petition No, 6288 (PDF), approving:
