Homebuyer Assistance Program Funding Update

Nearly all of Pasco County’s Homebuyer Assistance Program funds for ALL INCOME LEVELS have been encumbered. Complete, accurate, and eligible reservations currently under review will be processed accordingly (this is only available for “very low” (under 50% AMI) and “Low” income (under 80% AMI) households.

About the PascoHome Program:

Pasco County Community Development has recently rebranded its homeownership programs as PascoHome. Information about its two homeownership assistance programs are now available through one consolidated brochure located here.

Homebuyer Class Schedule:

In order to participate in any Pasco County home buyer program, you must attend a County sponsored class. These classes are in all areas of the County. Spanish language classes are also available.
