This just in: The Governor, through his approval of the state budget, appropriated $1,000,000.00 for the Community Center in Lacoochee.

The Board of County Commissioners approved the Lacoochee/Trilby Infrastructure Project List on April 11, 2012. Included in this approval were: 

• Road Improvements
• Utility Improvements
• Other Funds for Additional Infrastructure Improvements Necessary to Revitalize the Neighborhoods

The Section 108 Reallocation Application is tentatively scheduled for May 8, 2012. Confirmation will be forwarded once approval has been given for the agenda item.
