NEW PORT RICHEY, FL --- The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), District Seven, and Pasco County Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) invites you to provide your comments to FDOT by participating in the Five-Year Tentative Work Program Public Hearing.
The Tentative Work Program for the time period beginning July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2021 covers various federal and state transportation funding for improvements to roadways, intersections, sidewalks/trails, public transportation, airports and planning activities. FDOT District Seven includes the counties of Citrus, Hernando, Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas Counties and also includes Florida Turnpike Enterprise projects in these counties.
The Pasco County Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO), the designated organization in charge of countywide transportation planning is partnering with FDOT to present the FDOT Tentative Work Program, meet with you in person, receive your comments and address any questions you have regarding projects or programs that are part of the Tentative Work Program.
The Public Hearing for the FY 2017 – 2021 Tentative Work Program will be held on October 28th at West Pasco Government Center, Basement Training Room located at 8731 Citizens Drive, New Port Richey, Florida, 34654, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. More information about this project can be found here: http://www.pascocountyfl.net/DocumentCenter/View/21493
