Reward offered for illegal dumping in Pasco County

PASCO COUNTY, FL ---- Pasco County Public Works has set up a tip line in an effort to find individuals caught on tape illegally dumping in the County. Citizens who can help identify individuals in the surveillance video (see below) can now call the Pasco County Illegal Dumping Tip Line at 727.247.0567.

Citizens who give tips in cases that result in a successful prosecution can be eligible to receive a $50 reward.

The Board of County Commissioners approved the reward on Tuesday, July 12, 2016. The Reward will be paid from money collected from fines (illicit discharge littering).

Pasco County has an ordinance that outlines fines for individuals of $500 per illegally discarded item. Anyone calling the tip line should also include the case number:
