NO LARGE LOADS of construction debris, brush, or trash will be accepted after 4:30 pm. The gates and scales will be closed at 4:30 pm.
b. Yard waste is charged $56.70 per ton, prorated.
c. Tires are charged $100 per ton. Car and pickup truck tires are charged $1.00 per tire up to ten. Over ten, they are charged $100.00 per ton. Large truck/semi-tractor trailer tires are charged $5.00 per tire up to ten. Over ten, they are charged $100.00 per ton. Off-road equipment tires are charged $100.00 per ton.
d. Items that require special handling (large loads of trash requiring escort to the Waste-To-Energy) are charged $56.70 per ton, prorated.
e. Refrigerators and air conditioners brought in by residents will be charged $3.00 per item; however, appliances brought in by commercial haulers will be charged $56.70 per ton. Propane tanks (20 gallons) are $3.00 each. Propane tanks up to 50 gallons are $5.00 each.
f. Electronics, computer equipment, and television sets up to 36 inches brought in by residents will be charged $5.00 per item. Projection and TVs over 36 inches are $10.00 per item. Computer monitors are $5.00 each. Items brought in by commercial haulers will be charged $200.00 per ton.
g. Tare weights are charged $2.00 each.
