Welcome
The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) assists in the development, updating and implementation of management and budget policy, including capital improvement plans.

Mission
OMB provides management and policy support to the Board of County Commissioners, County Administrator and operating business units through the preparation, review and monitoring of County budgets.

Programs
OMB programs include the following:

• Budget Preparation and Monitoring: This program includes all activities related to development and execution of the County’s annual operating and capital budget documents.
• Capital Improvement Planning: This program includes all activities related to the planning, coordination and development of the County’s five-year capital improvement program.
• Financial Analysis/Forecasting/Reporting: This program includes all activities related to the office’s responsibility of providing financial, economic and policy analysis and recommendations to internal and external County stakeholders.
• Project Tracking: This program includes all activities related to the office’s responsibility of ensuring that services provided by specific departments are accurately allocated across multiple County departments and/or capital projects.
