DESIRED IMPACT:
To provide the acquisition of property for roads, parks, easements for drainage and utilities, public areas, and other miscellaneous projects through negotiations or eminent domain. The Real Estate Division provides the County departments and offices with up-to-date title information on all County properties. To decrease the amount of time necessary for the acquisition of right-of-way and the processing of vacation of plat, rights-of-way, and easement requests.

The Real Estate Division seeks to acquire right-of-way for the capital
improvement projects in a cost-effective and efficient manner.

Mail to the Real Estate Division, 7530 Little Road, Suite 230, New Port Richey, FL 34654. You will be notified by mail if and when the Parcel is declared surplus as well as who to contact to place your bid. The process to declare a County owned parcel as surplus can take months.
