RULES AND REGULATIONS

On November 18, 1981, the Pasco County Board of County Commissioners joined the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) by adopting its initial Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance. By adopting this ordinance and agreeing to enforce these regulations, property owners within unincorporated Pasco County are able to purchase flood insurance.
