DESIRED IMPACT:
To provide effective and efficient administrative
management to the department, to achieve compliance with development and
building regulations, to enforce the various codes and ordinances, and to
promote public awareness of the same. Development Review Administration guides the operations of
three divisions: Development Review, Central Permitting,
and Building
Inspections to ensure conformance with County policies, goals, objectives,
rules, regulations, and programs. The Development Review Administration Division
is responsible for review of residential, professional, commercial, and
industrial developments and building codes. Development Review Administration also processes
amendments to the Land Development Code, and conducts department-wide training
programs on the purpose and enforcement of rules and regulations adopted by
Pasco County.
