Land Development Code Rewrite Project

On June 19, 2012, the BCC adopted Ordinance No. 12-14, to eliminate transportation concurrency and provide Section 901.12. Transportation Analysis in the Land Development Code. This Section, though not yet incorporated into the LDC, became effective as of April 17, 2013.
