The Pasco County Legislative Delegation consists of 6 members of the Florida Legislature: Florida Senate (3 Senators), and Florida House of Representatives (3 Representatives) that represent all or parts of Pasco County.

Representative Amber Mariano, Chair of the Pasco County Legislative Delegation, announces the annual Legislative Delegation public meeting to be held on Friday, October 11, 2019 in the Performing Arts Center at Pasco-Hernando State College West Campus, 10230 Ridge Road, New Port Richey, FL 34654 from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. This annual public meeting is an opportunity for citizens, elected officials, cities and local government, and other civic organizations to address the delegation before the start of the 2020 Legislative Session.
Decisions regarding local legislation for the 2020 Legislative Session will be made at this time. All proposals for local bills are to be presented at the meeting. These proposals must be submitted to Representative Mariano’s office, 10730 US Hwy 19 N, Suite 23, Port Richey FL 34668, by noon on Friday, October 4, 2019.

You may also complete a Speaker’s Form on the day of the meeting and you will be afforded time to speak in the order in which it was received.
