Is Pasco County Your Water, Sewer, or Reclaimed Water Provider?

Before opening an account with Pasco County Utilities please use PascoView as a resource to determine your provider information.

PascoView is a Geographic Information Services tool that requires Internet Explorer and Microsoft Silverlight to view and use the program.

Once you have searched by Parcel or Address, scroll down to the bottom of the identified property and select the Utility Service Area highlighted in blue.

Please allow seven (7) business days for your online application to be received and reviewed. Once reviewed, you will receive an email with instructions on how to make a payment for any applicable fees and/or deposits.

Online application for service can be used for new service at an existing residential address only. Commercial accounts cannot be applied for online.

Applications for service cannot be accepted over the phone.

Note

Pasco County Utilities requires deposits on new accounts. Deposit amounts and other various fees can be viewed on our Rates and Fees webpage.

Acceptable forms of payments for online applications are Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card. Deposits and fees will need to be paid prior to service being started.

If you wish to open an account and prefer to pay with cash or check, you will need to visit one of our offices. Office Hours & Locations.

After completing the online application for service, you will be redirected to a confirmation page. If you do not get the confirmation message, your application was not received by us and you will need to fill out the form again. If you have any questions or concerns, email us.

Requirements to Open a Water and/or Sewer Account

  • Billing name on the account (only one name on the account)
  • Service address 
  • Mailing address 
  • Contact phone number 
  • Date you want the service to begin 
  • Valid I.D. upon request

Additionally: 

  • If you are renting: A copy of your lease, signed by the owner and the renter.
  • If you are the owner: A copy detailing proof of ownership or purchase contract. 
  • Third parties: Opening an account requires the same information provided.
  • At time of application: Payment of fees to include any unpaid balances or fees on an existing or previous account must be paid in full prior to opening a new account.
  • Prior to receiving service: Deposit and activation fees are required if applicable.

Mail

Once the online application for service is received and reviewed by one of our staff, you will receive an email with your new Account and Customer numbers. The email will provide instructions on how to make a payment for any applicable fees and/or deposits.
