About the Housing Finance Authority
Entity Name: Pasco County Housing Finance Authority (HFA)
Purpose: To alleviate a shortage of housing and capital for investment in housing within Pasco County.
Fiscal Year: October 1st - September 30th
Legal Background:
1 Housing Finance Authorities – Established under Chapter 159, Florida Statutes (F.S.). Sections 159.601-159.623, establishes general authority and powers
2. Chapter 2, Article V, Division 5, Section 2.256 – 2.258, Pasco County Code of Ordinances. Section 2.257, sets forth authority and use of funds
