Training and Development

Training and Development is a division of Organizational Performance Management (OPM). OPM deploys a range of managerial activities designed to monitor, measure and adjust aspects of individual and organizational performance through management controls, processes and procedures of various types.

Training and Development

This includes providing solutions, process improvement, and standard operating procedures through Performance Development and Training & Development.

OPM proactively educates and informs customers through Training and Development and the Public Information Office.
