13. STARTING SALARY: Salary for current Pasco County BOCC employees is in accordance with the Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual. The starting salary for all other candidates will typically be at the bottom of the pay range for the job classification; however, it may be higher within the range depending on the qualifications of the successful candidate.
