Administration services supports the Engineering Division, Operations Division, and Technical Services Division in the following areas:
- Contract preparation, specifications and management
- County Administrator’s action register reports
- County Commission agendas and action reports
- Requisitions, invoices, purchase orders and action reports
- Document filing and maintenance
- Non-ad valorem assessment methodology, rate and other financial analysis
- Payroll, employee performance evaluation, recruitment process and other personnel matters
- Preparation and administration of operating and capital budgets
