All Pasco County Parks are currently open. Effective June 15, 2020, recreation complexes and community centers, playgrounds, shelter and pavilion reservations, and group camping reservations (groups less than 50) will reopen following CDC guidelines

Pasco County Libraries are now open regular hours with limited services. In-branch events are postponed; however, virtual programs are being offered. Please check the Events Calendar for a list of online programs. While in the branch, social distancing and face coverings are required. Animal Services (PCAS)

- Animal Services is restricting all field operation calls to only emergency response and priority calls.
- Animal Services is not accepting owner/agent surrendered animals; intakes will be scheduled for a later date.
- In-person pet licensing sales are suspended until further notice.

Public Transportation (PCPT)
Pasco County Public Transportation (PCPT) will resume regular weekday and weekend bus service beginning Monday, July 6, 2020. Riders can still enjoy fare-free rides during this time. Rear-door boarding and enhanced nightly sanitizing to protect the wellness of our customers and team members will also continue as we restore normal route schedules. Riders should wear face coverings and use the supplied hand sanitizer when entering the bus.

All Pasco County Senior Centers are closed, and all senior programs, activities, classes, and meetings are cancelled until further notice. Please call 727-834-3340 with any questions.
Pasco County Human Services offices are closed to the public; however, our team is providing services remotely via e-mail and by phone. Please call 727-834-3297 with any questions.
UF/IFAS Extension Pasco County slowly and safely reopening, as follows:

Until further notice, vendors will also be able to submit their bids and documents via email before (or on) the day and time required for bids that require a physical bid submission. Please be prepared to provide the original documents upon request.

Pasco County Utilities (PCU)
PCU Customer Service Centers in Land O’ Lakes and New Port Richey are closed to walk-in customers until further notice. The Dade City location remains open. PCU is encouraging customers to take advantage of our online and pay-by-phone options. Our Land O’ Lakes and New Port Richey locations also have drive-throughs as an alternative to coming into our Customer Service Center.

Pasco County Solid Waste
Beginning Saturday April 25, the West Pasco Resource Recovery Facility and East Pasco Transfer Station will reopen for residential waste. This change restores services that previously limited residential trash drop-offs.
Pasco County Public Works
The Pasco County Public Works Office at 4454 Grand Boulevard in New Port Richey is closed until further notice; however, we are available by phone at 727-834-3611 during regular business hours.
Pasco County Recycling
Beginning Saturday April 25, Pasco County Recycling will re-open the following community recycling drop-off:
- Land O’ Lakes Area Recycling: 6801 Wisteria Loop, Land O’ Lakes (M-F hours only)
Misdemeanor Probation is now conducting appointments by mail and phone. Our offices are closed to the public; however, we can be reached by phone at 727-834-3300 in New Port Richey and 352-521-4250 in Dade City.
Pasco County Clerk & Comptroller
The Pasco County Clerk & Comptroller’s Office is encouraging the use of online and telephone resources to resolve issues, pay fines, check on public records, track court events and much more. Pasco County Tax Collector
Beginning May 4, the tax collector’s five offices will begin offering limited, in-person lobby services, while maintaining social distancing. Hours will be M - F, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Gulf Harbors and Wesley Chapel offices will be open Saturdays beginning May 9 from 8:30 a.m. to noon to serve Pasco County residents only.
