Information on using this system is only available on your utility bill. Access to the system is not allowed until you receive the Utility bill with instructions on it from Pasco County. Customers will be activated for the new system as bills are processed

2. Is this site safe to use?

Yes, all information is encrypted and credit card information is not saved in our systems.

3. Is my credit card saved?

No credit card information is saved in our systems; we process the payment real time and discard the credit card information.

4. Can my credit card be charged automatically each month?

No, we do not save your credit card information. For automatic payments each month enroll in the electronic payment option

5. My utility bill does not contain any information on how to access this web site to pay my utility bill?

Information to access this site to pay a utility bill on-line will appear when the next utility bill is sent out. Prior utility bills will not have the information on them to access this site, please wait for your next bill to arrive. If an account is enrolled in Electronic Payment and the amount is deducted from a checking account each month, access to this site is not necessary and no information is printed on the utility bill to access this site.

6. If my account is disconnected for non-payment or insufficient funds and I make a payment, is my account automatically reconnected?

7. When is my payment posted to my utility account?

Payments are posted on the next business day.

8. Why is my credit card rejected?

Possibilities are:

- Numbers / expiration dates are incorrect

- Your issued bank blocks the card from internet usage for security reasons

9. Can I use my debit card to make a payment?

Maybe, some banks block the card from internet usage for security reasons.

10. Electronic Payment Question - What is electronic payment?

Each month the Utility bill will be automatically deducted from your checking account. You will still receive a monthly statement.

11. Electronic Payment Question - If I sign up for Electronic Payment when will it take effect?

Please allow up to two payment periods for activation, this will be reflected on your billing statement.
