1. How do I enter a work order?

2. Are all county owned properties managed by the Facilities Management Department?

No, all sites are listed as “owned” by Facilities Management, but not all sites are maintained by the department. For further information on county owned properties that are not maintained by Facilities Management, please contact the Real Property & Planning Department at 727-847-8138.

4. If something is broken, how do I get it fixed?

There are three locations in the county that provide operations and maintenance services. To request service during normal business operations please contact the respective Facilities Management service desk (West, Central, East) where the facility is located. Service can be requested in one of the following ways:

It is always best to communicate any time sensitive incidents or requests by phone. High priority issues or emergencies should always be reported by phone.

5. How do I get an Access Card?

6. How do I get something cleaned?

Facilities Management can provide additional custodial support upon request, if you feel your department, or a specific area needs extra attention, please complete a Work Order through our Work Order System.

7. Do you have video of an incident?

Various sites throughout the County have video surveillance cameras, to inquire whether Facilities has video surveillance at a specific site, or to request copies of an incident, please contact Matt Krnjaich for more details.

8. How can I get more storage / space?

Facilities Management has a Sr. Project Manager, Master Plan Coordinator, that can assist those who are in need of additional space and/or storage. To discuss your Department's needs, or to request additional space, please contact our Sr. Project Manager, Master Plan, Cynthia Rivera.

9. It's too hot / cold, how do I get the A/C adjusted?

Service can be requested by contacting your regional Facilities Management Department. You can request assistance by submitting a Work Order through our Work Order System, by calling Facilities Management, or E-mailing your regional Facilities office. 10. What should I do if I have concerns with a Contracted Service Provider?

11. I'm interested in a project, how do I start it?

At the beginning of budget cycle, projects are identified through Pasco Budget Request System. For m ore information on how to submit a P.B.R., please visit the OMB intranet page.

12. Do you perform moving services?

At this time Facilities Management is not funded to provide moving services.

13. Who trims / maintains trees in roadway and / or right-of-ways?

For more information or to file a Service Request please call Pasco County Customer Service Department at (727) 847-2411 or (352) 523-2411. This way a work request will be sent to Road & Bridge and the work can be scheduled.
