What if the property is sold or Lis Pendens / foreclosure action's terminated?
The mortgagee must provide proof (e.g. deed or satisfaction of mortgage), of sale or termination of the legal proceedings via email to Federal Property Registration Corp. and submit the changes per the above. The registration and the mortgagee’s continuing obligations under this ordinance will then terminate.
