What is ROR?
ROR (Retail / Office / Residential) is an inactive Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use category denoting areas which have developed into mixed use and commercial strips. Future application of this classification will denote areas appropriate for higher intensity, regional-serving, commercial and office uses. This land use designation was removed as an active designation in June 2006.
