4. Where can I get information about a specific piece of property?

You can perform a property records search on the Property Appraiser's website. You may search by name, physical address, or Parcel ID.

5. What is a clear site triangle?

Clear-sight triangle requirements.In order to prevent the creation of a traffic hazard by limiting visibility at a street intersection, or intersection of a street and railroad crossing, no structure, building, earthen bank, or vegetation exceeding 3.5 feet in height above the finished paved area at the center of the roadway shall be allowed within the clear-sight triangle on a corner lot in any district, nothing will be erected, placed, or planted in such a manner as to impede vision within 20 feet of the intersection of the road right of way lines in both directions.

The requirements of the Florida Green Book may also apply and if more stringent would supersede the requirements of the Land Development Code.
