What do I do if my library card doesn't work, or I lose my library card?
  • If you lose your library card, contact any branch as soon as possible so we can mark it lost in your account. You may be able to obtain a replacement card online; simply fill out the form and someone will contact you.
  • If your card isn’t working, it may be that
    • your card expired - accounts must be renewed every 2 years; or
    • your password needs updating - especially if it doesn’t match the one in your digital resources account(s); or
    • your account has residual costs requiring your action.
  • Simply click here to contact one of our librarians. We’ll be happy to help you.
  • Digital resources: anytime you change your library account password, or replace your card (number), your OverDrive, Hoopla and/or Kanopy accounts must match.
