Walk-in and drive-through services are available at the Land O' Lakes and New Port Richey Customer Service Centers from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Dade City location has walk-up service in the East Pasco Government Center from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Any unpaid balance or fees on an existing or previous account must be paid in full prior to opening a new account.
Temporary Construction Water Supply Service Installation
You may request an early installation of the Temporary Construction Water Supply Service Installation – 3/4 by sending an email to earlyinstallseastside@mypasco.net (any address east of US Highway 41) or earlyinstallswestside@mypasco.net (any address west of US Highway 41), with the subject line: Early Installation of Meter. In the body of the email, please include the associated address, customer, and account numbers, contact name, phone number, email address, the preferred installation date, and a picture of the established post.

If an account is not closed: the account holder is responsible for all utility use and fees. Do not leave your account open for services to be unknowingly used by a new resident.

An account can be transferred in person, in writing, via email or by phone at 727-847-8131 from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. To transfer to an account, the active account must have a zero balance. The deposit may be different when transferring. If it is higher, the difference must be paid at the time of transfer. If it is lower, the difference will be credited to the new account.
There can only be three (3) days with both accounts on with the same deposit.
There is a non-refundable activation fee of $63 for next day requests or any day thereafter. There is a non-refundable activation fee of $78 for same day requests.

To restart services that have been disconnected due to non-payment or a delinquent account:

- Paying the wrong amount will delay re-connection
- A fee of $145.00 will be included in the total bill to restart service
- A new deposit will be required if there is currently no deposit on the account

- Use the drive-through in New Port Richey or Land O’ Lakes to pay by Cashiers Check, Cash or Money Order, Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.
- You must contact Customer Service Representative to have service reconnected
- Payments and a notification call made prior to 2 p.m. on the day your services were turned off will be restored the same day.
- Payments and a notification call made after 2 p.m. on the day your services were turned off will be restored the next business day (Monday - Friday).
A temporary pause in service can be requested by using the Vacation Turn-On/Turn-Off Request form.
